If you wish to use any out-of-network benefits through your insurance, I can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement of a percentage of your therapy costs.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • My office is in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle:

    753 N 35th St., #102

If you are right by the Fremont Troll, you’re in the right place!

  • Therapy is a deeply personal space and what it looks like can vary greatly person to person. I like to meet with folks weekly basis when first starting out in therapy together. From there, we can discuss what cadence is a good fit for each of us.

  • Yes, please reach out to me directly to see if I have any sliding scale availability.

  • A superbill is an itemized, detailed invoice provided by healthcare professionals (often out-of-network) to patients for services rendered. It acts as a specialized receipt containing diagnosis (ICD) and procedure (CPT) codes, allowing patients to submit it to their insurance company for potential reimbursement.

  • Supervision is intended for therapists operating under an associate license while obtaining the necessary hours for independent licensure.

Consultation is peer-to-peer guidance intended for those that already have some experience in the field and have received their independent clinical licenses.

  • Psychotherapy and health coaching are not mutually exclusive and can work well together to provide holistic care. While therapy provides understanding of ourselves and our behaviors in the context of neurological, mental and emotional states and commonly involves healing from the past, health coaching helps us clarify, define, and work towards goals of optimal personal care, our overall health and living whole heartedly with the future in mind.
